Howdy folks! Let me start of by saying I am glad to be back! Despite a little activity dip, I am totally surprised at the effort you have all been putting in, and keeping things as smooth as they are. For that, I applaud you!
Over the last few weeks I have been updating quite a few of our hapes.org pages, I have added some new medals (Special thanks to Stylez and Lilith for their help!!), and some have already been given out! I do have a few more in store, but more on that in a future news post. Most likely there will be some rewards being handed out, but not by myself, I simply guide the gremlins behind the scenes to get everything in place!
While going over the pages, I have also been checking into backups, and config files on our host, and with such, I also went over the server costs. When I was active many years ago we encouraged donations to support the server, this since seems to have fallen to the wayside. I wish to bring this back, because frankly if we can sustain the site on donations, it means the cost does not fall on one individual. So for this reason, and again thanks to Lilith for this one, I have implemented the Crown Commendation Contribution medals:

These medals are fully integrated in our system, and the chest patch can be worn on the message board with all other earned medals. The only difference between these medals, and the rest, well beside the fact that these are super sexy, is that you can get these for a simple donation. The bronze medal comes in at $30, the silver at $60 and the gold at $100.
Now, please do not feel obliged to donate, the decision is completely up to you. This medal is simply a way for us to say thank you, and let the community in whole know that you are supporting it.
